This was the best place I’ve tried in so long !! I am a very picky eater but they worked with it (: I’m so happy with how the food turned out, knowing how picky I am. I did not think I would like it, the rice? Flawless! The steak and fries were so delicious <3 it didn’t taste processed, it tasted like a home made meal <3 ! I loved it so much, along with the customer service was great !! Please come and support the small business I promise you will not be disappointed.

This is food you can eat with your eyes and mouth. beautiful bread pillowy soft and perfect - la foto es un sandwich bistec el cerado con cebolla asada, tomate y lechuga. Angel was knowledgeable, he and his co-workers made sure I had everything I needed. I will be back. I'm proud to know this place is in my city!!!

My daughter and I got a Cuban sandwich each and we enjoyed it very much. The sandwiches have a good size. The arroz congrís is savory and very good. The ambiance is lovely and area very clean. The owners are super nice and they are bilingual. The music is perfect to still carry out a conversation while enjoying the beat. I regret not getting a cortaito (Cuban coffee in a tiny cup) but that only means I will be back.

We were so excited to finally have a Cuban restaurant in the West Valley! Everything was on point…from the service to the food. We tried quite a few things on the menu. We thought we were going to take a lot home because we ordered so much but it was so good there was almost nothing leftover. We had the papa rellena, empanada, tostones, maduros, yuca and steak with onions with congri. The shakes were yummy, too. We will definitely be back!

For a Cuban who misses home cooking this is my new go-to. I first found out about Cubanitas Kitchen through their food truck and my prayers were answered when they opened a brick and mortar in Glendale. For my first visit I tried to play it cool and only ordered Ropa Vieja and a Cuban Sandwich for my gringa wife. That lasted 30 seconds before I stood back up and ordered tostones, Maduro, croquetas and a papa rellena. Everything was just like Abuela used to make. Add in the fact that the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and the portion sizes are as if that same Abuela was fixing you a plate and I have found my new favorite spot in the West Valley.

Ordered the Pollo a la Plancha sandwich and the Pappa Rellena. The chicken was topped with grilled onions, soooo good!! The Pappa Rellena is a new favorite!! Fried stuffed potatoes with meat what else needs to be said. I will definitely be visiting often!! Take my word for it get yourself some!! They also serve Cuban cafe. I'll have to try for sure next time!!
